Please help eneba maybe scam me

I bought ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN Deluxe edition, all good until they send me the key the problem is there is no key, it just display a message sayng please contact support. Even if i go library and click show key it Always showing me the please contact support instead of the key. I have a screenshot but I’m afraid to post maybe people will do something with it. Does anyone had this problem? I pay 40 euro… I opened a ticket but ai keep answering me. I need help
