MANILA, Philippines —Toll increases on the Star Tollway and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) take effect today, January 1, 2026, the Toll Regulatory Board said.
On the Star Tollway, fees will rise for vehicles traveling from Sto. Tomas to Lipa (Section 1) and from Lipa to Batangas (Section 2). For Section 1, the new rates are P60 for Class 1; P119 for Class 2; and P179 for Class 3. For Section 2, the rates are P53 for Class 1; P106 for Class 2; and P159 for Class 3.
Simultaneously, toll fees on SLEX will also increase. On the Alabang to Calamba route, Class 1 will be P126; Class 2, P253; and Class 3, P379. For Calamba to Sto. Tomas, the charges will be P34 for Class 1; P68 for Class 2; and P102 for Class 3.
Authorities announced the toll fee increases as part of regular road adjustments and maintenance. Motorists are encouraged to prepare and allocate additional funds for their trips.
