1996 Toyota Tacoma 4×4 5-Speed

This 1996 Toyota Tacoma was initially delivered to Maita’s Toys of Sacramento in California, and it has remained registered under the care of two owners in that state since. Finished in Sierra Beige Metallic over Oak cloth, the truck is powered by a 2.7-liter 3RZ inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 15″ steel wheels, manually locking front hubs, a matching camper shell, a sliding rear window, power steering, an aftermarket head unit, and air conditioning. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, this Tacoma shows 125k miles and is offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The regular-cab body is finished in Sierra Beige Metallic and features a matching camper shell, a hood deflector, mud flaps, and a sliding rear window. There are paint chips on the forward-facing surfaces and clearcoat damage on the roof. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

Silver 15″ steel wheels are fitted with Goodyear Wrangler tires that were mounted ~3k miles ago. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and the truck is equipped with power steering and manually locking front hubs.

The front bench seat is trimmed in Oak cloth upholstery, and interior amenities include air conditioning, hand-crank windows, and an aftermarket head unit.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline, as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 125k miles, approximately 120 of which were added by the selling dealer.

The 2.7-liter 3RZ inline-four was factory rated at 150 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed and the water pump was recently replaced, per the selling dealer.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Maita’s Toys of Sacramento in California, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $17,938.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
