Update 1/2/26:
As a reminder, and as a few eagle eyes in the comments have pointed out, this holiday giveaway is just that—no contest, this time around, just a nice present for each of the winners of the cars below. Three more deserving recipients have been added!
Low miles on the odometer? Uncanny condition? Check. Diminutive but energetic rotary engine, paired with a stick shift? Check! Prototypical 1985 color scheme? Check. Current tires? Well…let’s fix that, shall we? This RX-7 GS will look even more “just right” with a set of 13″ tires from Michelin Classic on those factory four-spokes.
Another pick from the low-mile pile: this 1992 Ford F-150 XLT also comes in a hard-to-find spec: short box, Flareside, 4×4, little V8, stick shift, and two-tone. Currently wearing a mix of old generic tires and even older, somehow more generic tires, this truck and its winner will really benefit with quality replacements from the BFGoodrich line.
Our final winner is this 1980 BMW 633CSi. An early 6er always looks sharp on BBS-style mesh wheels like these, but the package won’t be complete until their 13-year-old Nankangs are switched out for more modern and capable rubber.
Original post:
Our monthly tire giveaways from Michelin and BFGoodrich have been a huge hit once again this year, and we’ve been able to gift a whole slew of new sets to auction winners and event attendees with the help of the BaT community. Now, to put a Santa cap on 2025, BaT Co-Founder and President Randy Nonnenberg will be selecting several more recipients before the New Year.

As with previous rounds, all eligible vehicles will be sold in no reserve auctions, and currently wear rubber that is aged out, off brand, or otherwise needs replacing. Be assured: Randy knows a thing or three about what tires are right for what car, so his recommendations are worth following.
Big thanks to our partners at Michelin USA for their generosity to the BaT community! Here are the first three vehicles that will go off to their new owners with fresh rubber, and we’ll keep updating this list when more sets are awarded.

The first all-wheel drive version of the BMW 3-Series was the ride of choice for young professionals hitting the slopes (or just the icy commutes) in its time. This fittingly Alpine White E30 325iX sedan could be ready to do the same with a fresh set of Michelins wrapped around its classic basketweaves.

Open-air motoring is still very much on the table in warmer climates—and it’ll be here before we know it again in the as winter closes in up north. Wherever this Alfa Romeo S2 Spider ends up, a fresh set of sports-car rubber will replace its aging Westlakes.

Small bumpers, removable hardtop, even an ’80s Alpine deck and an LA Cellular phone–this handsome beige-over-brown Mercedes-Benz 350SL is understated plush at its finest, even more so with fresh Michelins to replace its old generic tires at all four corners.
Stay tuned! We’ll be announcing more winners in the coming days.
