I need help making my decision

I have the opportunity to trade in my New Nintendo 3DS XL for an RTX 5050. My current GPU is a GTX 1650 GDDR6 model and it’s REALLY falling behind in newer games. I do have a ps5 but I want to make the switch to pc gaming. The problem is I’m kind of attached to the 3DS and I want to know if this GPU is really worth it.
