This 1975 Honda MT250 Elsinore was reportedly refurbished circa 2011 and subsequently used infrequently. Acquired by the current owner in 2025, the bike is finished in silver and powered by a 248cc two-stroke single paired with a five-speed transmission. Features include a black-finished upswept expansion-chamber exhaust system, a kick starter, a Keihin carburetor, a black vinyl solo seat, a chrome cross-braced handlebar, a skid plate, D.I.D alloy rims, high-mounted fenders, street lighting, and a side stand. This MT250 Elsinore is now offered at no reserve with an owner’s manual, removed parts, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name identifying the bike as a 1974 model year.

The fuel tank and high-mounted fenders were refinished under prior ownership in silver with a black-finished side panel, all set over a single-downtube steel frame. Details include black, yellow, orange, and white graphics, as well as a black vinyl solo seat, a side stand, a skid plate, a helmet holder, folding serrated foot pegs, street lighting, and a CR-branded front fender mud flap. The center stand in the photos is not included in the sale.

The wire-spoke wheels with 21″ and 18″ D.I.D alloy rims wear a Dunlop Sports K490 tire up front, and a Cheng Shin C-755 tire out back. Suspension consists of a conventional fork as well as dual preload-adjustable shocks mounted to the swingarm. Braking is provided by drums at both ends.

The chrome cross-braced handlebar wears black rubber grips and switchgear along with bright levers and fronts a Nippon Seiki 90-mph speedometer and a matching tachometer with inset indicator lights. The five-digit odometer shows 7k miles, approximately one of which has been added under current ownership.

The 248cc two-stroke single was said to be overhauled under prior ownership and refinished in black. The Keihin carburetor was refurbished and adjusted under current ownership, and additional details include a kick starter, a black-finished upswept expansion-chamber exhaust with a perforated heat shield, and magnesium clutch and stator covers. The seller states the two-stroke oil pump is functional, but was bypassed under prior ownership, and the bike now runs premixed fuel.

The engine number is shown above, and the frame VIN stamp MT2502003168 is shown in the gallery.

Power is routed to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a gold-finished drive chain with upper and lower guards. The transmission fluid was flushed in preparation for sale.

Removed parts, along with an owner’s manual, are included in the sale.
