Single-Family-Owned 1990 GMC V1500 Suburban SLE 4×4

This 1990 GMC V1500 Suburban SLE was purchased new by the current owner’s father in California, where it remained registered until 2025. In June 2025, the 5.7-liter V8 was refreshed, and the four-speed automatic transmission was rebuilt. Further work included installing a 4″ suspension lift kit with Fox shocks, 17″ Ultra Motorsport wheels, and replacing the instrument cluster, various brake, steering, and exterior and interior components. The truck wears a repaint in dark blue over a color-coordinating cloth interior, and it has 122k miles. Equipment includes a dual-range transfer case, tubular side steps, chrome bumpers, a receiver hitch,  front bucket seats, a third-row bench, a Sony head unit, power windows and locks, and front and rear air conditioning. This Suburban is now offered on dealer consignment with a service invoice, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Idaho title.

The truck left the factory finished in Light French Blue and was repainted in its current shade of dark blue in 2013. Exterior details include tubular side steps, chrome bumpers, a receiver hitch, and split headlights. The side steps, bumpers, grille assembly, tailgate window, rear window lock cylinder, weatherstripping, side mirrors, windshield washer pump, rear fender molding, taillights, side marker lights, and rear passenger window motors were replaced in June 2025. There are signs of corrosion near the left taillight.

The 17″ Ultra Motorsport wheels were installed in June 2025 and are mounted with 35×12.50″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain K02 tires, which were installed concurrently. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes. In June 2025, a 4″ lift kit was fitted along with Fox shocks and an Add-A-Leaf Kit, and various bushings, the steering linkage, front brake pads, and rear brake shoes were replaced. The front rotors and rear drums were refreshed at the same time.

The cabin features three rows of seating trimmed in Dark Blue cloth along with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Interior amenities include front bucket seats, power windows and locks, a Sony head unit, and front and rear air conditioning. The dash pad, front armrest padding, center console lock cylinder, door panel carpeting, sun visors, the brake pedal pad, and dome light cover were replaced, and the rear air conditioning motor was serviced in June 2025.

The steering wheel fronts replacement instrumentation, which includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges measuring coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage. The digital odometer shows 122k miles. The ignition lock cylinder was replaced in June 2025.

The fuel-injected 5.7-liter V8 was fitted with an aftermarket air intake tube and a custom exhaust system with a high-flow catalytic converter. The AC compressor, throttle body position sensor, radiator assembly, distributor, drive belt and tensioner, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, and engine oil were replaced in June 2025.

The four-speed automatic transmission was rebuilt in July 2025, which involved replacing the torque converter, input housing, clutch assembly, and bushings, and installing a shift kit and a high-performance transmission band. There are signs of corrosion on various underbody components. Various transfer case seals were also replaced.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
