This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 was acquired by the seller from its original owner in October 2022, and it now has 11k miles. Work under current ownership included changing the fluids, installing paint protection film, a Ford Performance catch can, and a Corsa exhaust system, and retrofitting Big Worm Graphix over-the-top stripes along with Heritage-style rock panel stripes. Finished in Ford Performance Blue over Ebony cloth and Miko suede, the car is powered by a 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes the Technology Package, 19″ aluminum wheels, Brembo brake calipers, a rear spoiler, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, Recaro front seats, and a touchscreen infotainment system with voice-activated navigation. This GT350 is now offered with a copy of the window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a spare front splitter, the removed factory exhaust components, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Ford Performance Blue (FM) and was specified from the factory without stripes, which were later added by the seller. STEK USA paint protection film has been applied to the body and windshield, and further details include a front splitter with a Shelby logo as well as a raised decklid spoiler, HID projector headlights, functional hood and fender vents, quad exhaust outlets, and LED taillights with sequential turn signals.
Black 19″ aluminum wheels are wrapped in 295/35 front and 305/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with 2023 date codes. Ceramic coating has been applied to the wheels and six-piston front and four-piston rear Brembo brake calipers. The suspension features MagneRide magnetically adjusted dampers, performance-tuned front springs, and an aluminum front strut tower brace. The brake fluid was changed in May 2023.
The cabin features Recaro front sport seats trimmed in Ebony cloth and Miko suede along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, a rearview camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, a CD stereo, cruise control, and a touchscreen infotainment system with voice-activated navigation. The air conditioner high-side line was replaced in October 2025, and the “Recaro” embroidery is coming off of both seats.
The passenger-side dashboard plaque designates this GT350 as chassis L1498.
The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,250-rpm redline alongside a central digital display and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. Additional readouts for monitoring oil pressure and temperature are stationed in the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 11k miles, approximately 6k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft along with dual overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, and an engine oil cooler. A commemorative plaque displays the signature of the engine builder, and factory-rated output was 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Additional coolers for the engine, transmission, and differential were standard, and a Ford Performance oil catch can has been fitted. The spark plugs were replaced in November 2022, and the oil was changed in December 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec TR-3160 six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential. A 3″ Corsa exhaust system with double X-pipes has been installed, and the transmission fluid was changed in December 2025.
Manufacturer’s literature will be included in the sale along with a spare front splitter and the removed factory exhaust components.
