37-Mile 1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1

This 1990 Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 was initially delivered through Gwatney Chevrolet in Memphis, Tennessee, remained under original ownership until 2024, was previously listed on BaT in July 2025, and was acquired by the selling dealer later that year. Finished in Arctic White over black leather, the car is powered by a 5.7-liter LT5 V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes the Selective Ride and Handling Package, antilock disc brakes, 17″ alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, two removable roof panels, power-adjustable sport seats, automatic climate control, power windows, and CD/cassette stereo. This C4 Corvette ZR-1 has 37 miles and is offered by the selling dealer in Ohio with a window sticker, a “pizza box” owner’s kit, initial purchase documentation, an accident-free Carfax report, and a South Carolina title.

The C4 ZR-1 was sold between 1990 and 1995, and it featured a wider tail compared to the standard C4 Corvette and introduced a convex rear fascia with squared-off taillights. This car is finished in Arctic White and features fog lights, pop-up headlights, fender vents, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, and a dual-roof option with removable body-color and glass roof panels.

Staggered-width 17″ alloy wheels are mounted with Goodyear Eagle tires, which are said to be original to the car. The ZR-1 was equipped with the three-mode Selective Ride and Handling Package, which was designed in consultation with Lotus and featured Bilstein shock absorbers. Antilock braking is handled by four-wheel discs.

The power-adjustable sport seats are upholstered in black leather. Appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, an onboard computer, power windows, and a factory CD/cassette stereo.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central digital speedometer and fuel readout flanked by an analog tachometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and voltage. The digital odometer indicates 37 miles. The car is equipped with a tire pressure monitor system.

The all-aluminum 5.7-liter LT5 DOHC V8 was factory rated at 375 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque and was co-designed by GM and Lotus and built by Mercury Marine. The fuel injectors were replaced under previous ownership, and the removed factory injectors accompany the car. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Gwatney Chevrolet in Memphis, Tennessee, along with factory colors, standard and optional equipment, and a total vehicle price of $60,650.

The “pizza box” owner’s kit is included in the sale, along with ZR-1 literature and original purchase documentation.

The Carfax report is free of accidents and other reported damage and lists at least one open recall.

The current South Carolina title carries an “Exempt” entry under the Vehicle Brands section.
