This 1932 Packard Standard Eight Series 902 wears style 506 Club Sedan bodywork and underwent a refurbishment in 2015 that included a repaint in blue and black and the installation of replacement gray cloth upholstery before it was purchased by the seller in 2025. Power comes from a 319ci L-head straight-eight paired with a “Packard Silent Synchro-Mesh” three-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes an electric fuel pump, a Carter BB-1 carburetor, 19″ wire wheels, dual side-mount spares, a wire-mesh grille guard, a Goddess of Speed radiator mascot, a fold-down luggage rack, a Jaeger clock, and a rear window shade. This Ninth Series Packard is now offered with refurbishment photos, literature, car show awards, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
Ninth Series Model 902 Packards were offered across 12 body styles. This example wears body number 506, identifying it as a Club Sedan. It was repainted in blue and black during the 2015 refurbishment and features a wire-mesh grille guard, a Goddess of Speed radiator mascot, side-view mirrors, running boards, rear coach doors, a fold-down luggage rack, and dual taillights. Black-painted 19″ wire wheels wear Packard-branded hubcaps and bright trim rings, and they are mounted with whitewall bias-ply tires. Dual spare wheels are mounted in black cases with chrome accents in the front fenders. Ninth Series Packards introduced a “double-drop” chassis design with X-bracing and featured automatic chassis lubrication and adjustable shock absorbers. Stopping is provided by four-wheel mechanical drum brakes.
The cabin features front and rear bench seats that were reupholstered in 2015, and they are accompanied by a color-coordinated headliner, door panels, and carpets. Details include woodgrain window trim, dual gloveboxes, a Jaeger clock, a robe bar, rear footrests, and a rear window shade.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a brown-painted steel dashboard housing a North East 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 500 miles, approximately 50 of which were added under the seller’s ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 319ci L-head straight-eight features nine main bearings and a single Carter BB-1 carburetor. Output was factory rated at 110 horsepower at 3,200 rpm when new. The mechanical fuel pump has been bypassed, and it is retained under the hood. The seller notes that they are unaware of when the car was last serviced, and they note an oil leak.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed manual transmission with synchromesh. A replacement fuel tank was installed in 2015, and an electric fuel pump was also fitted.
