This 2015 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG was sold new in Texas, and it spent time in Montana and Delaware before it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025. The car rides on an AMG-tuned Active Body Control (ABC) electronically adjustable suspension, and stopping power is provided by red AMG-branded calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors. The front brake pads and the pulsation damper were replaced in 2021, and the ABC system was bled that year.
The heated and ventilated active multi-contour seats have massaging functions and are upholstered in designo Classic Red Nappa leather. Interior amenities include an IWC Schaffhausen dashboard clock, carbon-fiber trim, blind-spot monitoring, Lane Keeping Assist, a back-up camera, Keyless Go, Airscarf neck warmers, a Harman Kardon sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and COMAND infotainment with navigation.
The leather- and Dinamica-wrapped AMG Performance steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 25k miles. The leather on both sides of the upper dashboard has lifted.
The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter M157 V8 produced 577 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque when new. The spark plugs were replaced in 2019, and the serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulley were replaced in 2021. Service in August 2022 consisted of an oil change and replacing the cabin air filter.
