This 2001 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan remained with its original owner for nine years before it spent the next 15 years with its second owner, and it exchanged ownership once more before it was purchased in 2025 by the seller. The car has been registered in Florida and California since new, and it was optioned with the Sport Package, which added a front air dam, AMG-designed bumper covers and side skirts, and 17″ five-spoke light alloy wheels. Finished in Black over Ash leather, additional appointments include a 3.2-liter V6, a five-speed automatic transmission, a sunroof, and power-adjustable front seats. This W210 E320 sedan has 123k miles and is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Black (040) and is equipped with the optional Sport Package, which included a front air dam, projector-style fog lamps, Sport badging, and AMG-designed bumper covers and side skirts. Additional exterior features include a power-operated glass sunroof, an eccentric-sweeping monoblade wiper, window tint, and power-adjustable side mirrors. The front bumper cover has been repainted, the paint on the trunk lid is faded, rock chips on the hood have been touched up, scratches are noted, and photographs of paint-meter readings are shown in the gallery below.

The 17″ five-spoke light alloy wheels have curb marks and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires. Stopping power is provided by silver-finished calipers fitted over four-wheel ventilated discs. The brake rotors were replaced in 2024 along with other braking components, and the paint on the wheels is peeling.

The cabin features power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Ash leather, while woodgrain trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include front-seat position memory settings, an AM/FM stereo, cruise control, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The rear portion of the headliner is sagging.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 123k miles, approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership. The pixels for the temperature readout are fading, per the seller.

The 3.2-liter M112 V6 was factory rated at 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. The serpentine belt and water pump are noted to have been replaced under prior ownership in 2024, and an oil change was carried out in January 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage.
