This 1986 GMC Suburban C2500 Sierra Classic has remained registered in California from new through the seller’s purchase in April 2025 from its original owner. The truck is powered by a 6.2-liter diesel V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, and it has been refinished in Light Blue Metallic over blue cloth upholstery. Features include chrome bumpers, a locking differential, 16″ steel wheels with covers, power-assisted front discs and rear drums, third-row seating, an AM/FM stereo, and air conditioning. This Suburban is offered with an accident-free Carfax report and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The truck was finished from the factory in Light Blue Metallic (21) and has been refinished. Exterior details include side steps, chrome bumpers, and dual side-hinged rear doors. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The 16″ steel wheels feature covers and are mounted with Goodyear tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The tires, steering box, and shocks have reportedly been recently replaced.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in blue cloth, and interior appointments include air conditioning, a rear heater, hand-crank windows, and a stereo.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The Carfax report lists a potential odometer rollover in August 2017, and the total mileage is unknown.

The 6.2-liter diesel V8 was factory rated at 143 horsepower and 246 lb-ft of torque. Recent work is said to have included replacing the glow plugs, drive belts, water pump, radiator, radiator hoses, rear main seal, and fuel lines.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a locking differential. The transmission mounts were replaced in 2025, per the Carfax report.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage and lists the aforementioned potential odometer rollover.
