This 1973 BMW 2002 is powered by a 2.0-liter M10 inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in Riviera over black Skai vinyl. The three-spoke MOMO steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation that includes a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles, which is not considered to be accurate. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.0-liter M10 inline-four is fitted with a Weber carburetor and an aftermarket exhaust header. The cylinder head was overhauled and the head gasket replaced in 2023. Additional work at that time consisted of refreshing the radiator, changing the oil, and replacing the spark plugs and thermostat.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission, which was installed under prior ownership.
