This 1999 Yamaha Banshee 350 was previously owned by the seller’s father and spent 10 years in storage starting in 2005, with ownership passing to the seller in 2009. Wearing yellow and red bodywork, the ATV is powered by a liquid-cooled 347cc two-stroke parallel twin mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a dual expansion-chamber exhaust system, dual Mikuni carburetors, independent front suspension, a piggyback-reservoir monoshock, front and rear disc brakes, a solo seat, headlights, and a kick starter. Service in preparation for the sale consisted of servicing the carburetors, cleaning the ignition system, and changing the transmission fluid as well as flushing the coolant and replacing the chain guide and grips. This YFZ350L Banshee is offered at no reserve with a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The yellow and red bodywork is mounted over a silver-finished tubular-steel frame. Features include a solo seat, a 3.2-gallon fuel tank, headlights, and a chrome rear grab bar. The front guard, taillight, front fenders, and guards ahead of the rear wheels have been removed. Photos provided in the gallery below show spots of oxidation on the chassis.
Gold-finished multi-piece wheels are fitted with older Dunlop knobby tires. Braking is provided by a disc at each front wheel along with another disc on the rear axle.
Suspension consists of a pair of preload-adjustable shocks and double wishbones up front, while the rear setup features a swingarm fitted with an adjustable piggyback-reservoir monoshock.
The cross-braced handlebar is equipped with switchgear for the lighting and ignition as well as a clutch lever on the left and a twist throttle and brake lever on the right. Replacement grips were fitted in preparation for the sale. No instrumentation is equipped, therefore total mileage is unknown.
The liquid-cooled 347cc two-stroke parallel-twin was factory rated at 34 horsepower and is equipped with a kick starter, dual Mikuni carburetors, and a dual expansion-chamber exhaust system. Service in October 2025 included servicing the carburetors, cleaning the ignition components, replacing the air filter, and flushing the coolant. The seller tells us that the left carburetor float may occasionally stick and that the exhaust from that side is rich.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a drive chain. Preparation for the sale included changing the gearbox oil and replacing the chain guide.
The vehicle’s California title is a duplicate, and it incorrectly notes the engine number as 3GG158100.
