2004 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon

This 2004 Mercedes-Benz E320 wagon has 53k miles and remained with its original owner until it was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025. It is finished in Alabaster White over black MB-Tex and is powered by a 3.2-liter V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a sunroof, 17″ multi-spoke alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, fold-down third-row seating, a CD stereo, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This E320 wagon is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a Florida title.

The car is finished in Alabaster White (960) and features a power-retractable sunroof, a rear window wiper, roof rails, and fog lights.

The 17″ multi-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with General Exclaim HPX A/S tires. Stopping power is provided by ventilated discs at each corner. The air suspension compressor and the rear springs were replaced in August 2023, and the selling dealer states that the rotors were replaced in December 2025.

The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black MB-Tex, and interior amenities include a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and COMAND infotainment. Wear is visible on the infotainment screen.

The rear-facing bench seat stows flat into the cargo area floor, and the car is equipped with a cargo-area partition net and a retractable cargo cover.

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 53k miles.

The 3.2-liter M112 V6 was factory rated at 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. Service has included replacing the valve cover gaskets in September 2022, the starter in August 2023, and the battery in May 2025. An oil change was performed in December 2025.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage.
