23k-Mile 2004 Porsche Boxster S 550 Anniversary Edition 6-Speed at No Reserve

This 2004 Porsche Boxster S is #25 of 1,953 examples produced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Porsche’s 550 Spyder, and it now has 23k miles following registration history in Illinois, Arizona, and Colorado. The car is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished in GT Silver Metallic over Cocoa leather. Equipment includes a power-operated Cocoa soft top, 18″ Carrera wheels, a speed-activated rear spoiler, heated power-adjustable sport seats, a Bose sound system, a CD stereo, automatic climate control, cruise control, and roll hoops. This 986 Boxster S 550 Anniversary Edition was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a recent inspection report, a car cover, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title.

The 550 Anniversary Edition featured revised bumper covers, body-color side air intakes, and stacked center exhaust outlets, and all were finished in GT Silver Metallic. Additional details include a power-operated Cocoa convertible top with a rear defroster as well as xenon headlights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and body-color roll hoops. Indentations are located on the right rocker panel, the windshield wiper blades are dry, the passenger side shows signs of body work, the passenger door has waves in the outer panel, and the right window emits noise during its operation, according to a December 2025 inspection report. A replacement left-side window regulator was installed in August 2025.

The 18″ Carrera wheels feature gray spokes and are mounted with Continental tires showing 2019 date codes. The car is equipped with sport suspension and Porsche Stability Management, and braking is handled by silver four-piston calipers over cross-drilled rotors.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable sport seats upholstered in Cocoa leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Porsche-branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include a CD stereo, a Bose sound system, cruise control, and automatic climate control. Debris is noted in the cabin air filter, and the left sun visor mirror light cover has failed.

A serialized plate ahead of the painted center console denotes the car as #25 of 1,953 Anniversary Edition examples produced.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central 8k-rpm tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles.

The mid-mounted 3.2L flat-six was factory rated at 264 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in August 2025, and a December 2025 inspection notes dried coolant on the right side of the engine and near the coolant overflow reservoir.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Motor Werks of Barrington in Illinois, along with factory colors, equipment, options, and a total price of $62,030.

The Carfax report lists at least one open recall.
