This ochre brown 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 had a body-off refurbishment that was completed in 2019. The project involved refreshing its body and interior, overhauling its suspension, brakes, and drivetrain, and rebuilding its 3.9-liter F inline-six, which is mated to a four-speed manual transmission. The truck was imported to the US from Venezuela in 2023. This FJ40 is offered by the seller with a clean Michigan title in the seller’s name.
Exterior details include a white roof and headlight bezel, a Warn front winch, body-colored side steps, and side markers on the rear corners.
The 15″ steel wheels have bright hubcaps, and they are mounted with 31×10.50″ Firestone tires. Unassisted steering and brakes are additional elements.
The seats are trimmed in black vinyl with cloth inserts, and the cabin has a push-button AM/FM radio in addition to inward-facing rear benches.
The instrument cluster has a 160-km/h with a five-digit odometer showing 1,400 kilometers (~900 miles) since it was put in service, a handful of which were added under current ownership.
The 3.9-liter F inline-six sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
