1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce

This 1991 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce has spent most of its time registered in California, and 75k of the 134k miles shown have been added since the current owner purchased the car in December 1995. It is finished in Alfa Red over beige leather and suede and is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Features include a black soft top, 15″ 12-hole alloy wheels, a Blaupunkt cassette stereo, a remote Blaupunkt CD changer, and power windows. This Series 4 Spider is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with manuals, service records, a soft top boot, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The Series 4 Spider received an exterior refresh with color-matched bumpers and a revised tail with integrated wrap-around taillights. The Pininfarina-designed bodywork of this example is finished in Alfa Red (130) with a black soft top, a soft top boot, and a power antenna. The seller tells us that repairs were performed on the nose under prior ownership.

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in December 2025 and the winning bidder was not able to follow through with their commitment to purchase due to circumstances outside of their control. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT is currently restricted until the previous matter has been resolved.

The 15″ 12-hole alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Premier A/S tires. Power steering and four-wheel disc brakes were fitted as standard equipment on the Series 4 Spider.

The bucket seats are upholstered in beige leather and suede and are accompanied by a color-coordinated lower dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts. Interior equipment includes a Blaupunkt cassette stereo, a rear parcel shelf, a driver-side airbag, and power windows. A remote Blaupunkt CD changer is stationed in the trunk.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The airbag alert illuminates intermittently. The six-digit odometer shows 134k miles, approximately 75k of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.0-liter inline-four features Bosch Motronic electronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 120 horsepower and 117 lb-ft of torque. The car has spent about four years in storage.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other damage through the most recent update in August 2019.

The car is currently registered Planned Non-Operation in the state of California.
