The time has come for our annual pilgrimage to the Nevada desert and the shiny lights of Las Vegas, home to everyone’s favorite tech show: CES. You never truly know what’s going to turn up at CES, which is what makes it exciting each year. Sure, there’s the normal array of laptops and smartphones and whatnot, but it’s not always about those more regular bits of tech.
