De’Ovryion Elijha Ray, 23, of South Carolina, was picked up in his home state back in October – about a month after he allegedly ambushed 21-year-old Dashanna Donovan, shooting her in the head inside her East Elmhurst home, according to the Queens District Attorney’s Office.
