This 1968 Volvo 122S wagon project is said to have remained in the original owner’s family until it was acquired by the seller in 2022, and it was disassembled and repainted in Light Yellow before it was placed in storage in the early 2000s. A set of 15″ steel wheels sourced from a for have been installed, and the four-speed manual transmission and braking system remain intact. A collection of removed trim, glass, and components is included in the sale, along with replacement weather seals. This non-running 122S project is now offered at no reserve with a wooden box to transport the removed parts, along with a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
Following disassembly, the body was refinished in the factory shade of Light Yellow (97) in the early 2000s, according to the seller. A ding and imperfections are shown on the right fender and hood, and additional photos of the paint condition and flaws are shown in the photo gallery.
The 15″ steel wheels are said to have been sourced from a Ford Windstar, and they are mounted with Toyo tires.
The interior has been stripped, and the removed dashboard, steering wheel, and a portion of the removed interior trim are included in the sale. Corrosion is visible on the floor pans, and the front seats and rear seat bottom are missing. The total mileage is unknown.
The factory inline-four is said to have seized under previous ownership, and it was not included when the seller purchased the project. The four-speed manual transmission remains in place.

The glass, replacement weather seals, and removed parts are included in the sale. The seller has constructed a wooden box to contain the parts during transport, and the box is viewable in the gallery below.
