This 1968 Dodge Charger was acquired in 2025 by the seller, who tells us that modification and refurbishment work has just been completed. Work is claimed to have involved installing a rebuilt 440ci V8 with 440Source heads, a Mopar Performance purple camshaft, headers, and a Holley carburetor mounted on an Edelbrock intake manifold. The rebuilt 727 three-speed automatic is linked to a 8 3/4″ Sure-Grip differential, and the steering box, brakes, and suspension were also gone through. Outside, the car was fitted with 17″ American Racing alloys and repainted light blue metallic with a white vinyl roof, and the interior was also redone with a replacement headliner, trunk floor, sound insulation, Dakota Digital gauges, and white upholstery. This Charger is now offered in Wyoming with a clean Nebraska title in the seller’s name.
The car was refinished with Light Blue Metallic paintwork and a white vinyl top. The seller tells us work involved replacing parts of the floor pan and the trunk pan, and new electric actuators were installed for the headlight doors.
The seller mounted both the 17″ American Racing wheels and the BFGoodrich tires within the last few months. The power-assisted front disc brakes, suspension, and power steering box were also gone through.
The seller tells us Dynamat insulation was placed under the new carpeting, and the headliner was also replaced. The seats were reupholstered, and carbon-look trim was applied to the right side of the dashboard.
The seller installed both the three-spoke steering wheel and the Dakota Digital instruments, as well. Only a few miles have been driven since completion of the work, with total chassis mileage unknown.
