1993 Dodge Ram D350 LE Dually Cummins 4×4 6-Speed

This 1993 Dodge Ram D350 LE is a Club Cab dually that is powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six, and it has a 4×4 drivetrain conversion with a G56 six-speed manual transmission. The truck has been registered in Oregon since new, and it was acquired in 2024 by the seller, who tells us that a subsequent body-off refurbishment included servicing the engine, overhauling its power steering, suspension, and brakes, and adding a 4″ turbo-back exhaust system, a crossover steering kit, and 17″ Alcoa wheels with new tires. Its gray interior was also refreshed, and it features bucket seats, power windows and locks, a sliding rear window, and air conditioning. This first-gen Ram shows 215k miles and is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

Finished in Bright White and Dark Silver Metallic, the body was removed from the frame before the chassis was sandblasted and refinished, and the cab mount bushings were replaced during the work. Other exterior details include cab marker lights, swing-out towing mirrors, and a spray-in bedliner. Reported flaws are faded paint on the hood, missing paint above the sliding rear window, cracked rear wheel arch extensions, and some dents in the cargo box and the right-front fender.

The refreshed suspension has Skyjacker ADX shock absorbers, an Archive Garage front spring box hanger, and replacement leaf spring bushings, U-bolts, and front shackles. NorthWest Fab crossover steering, a rebuilt steering gearbox, a Borgeson steering shaft, and a replacement brake booster, master cylinder, hoses, calipers, rotors, pads, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, parking brake cables, power steering lines, and front wheel bearings are additional elements, per the seller, who adds that the Alcoa 17″ wheels are mounted with 235/80 Argus Advanta ATX-850 tires.

The two-passenger Club Cab has Charcoal cloth upholstery, bucket seats, power windows and locks, a center console, a JVC cassette stereo, and air conditioning. The seller reports that the headliner, carpeting, transfer-case shift boot, door seals, and door sill plates were replaced under current ownership. A pair of holes from removed screws are noted in the lower dashboard.

Mounted on a tilt column, the three-spoke steering wheel has cruise control buttons, and it fronts a woodgrain instrument panel. The 100-mph speedometer has a six-digit odometer showing 215k miles, ~100 of which were added by the seller.

The seller reports the following services in the past year for the 5.9-liter Cummins intercooled turbodiesel inline-six:

  • Engine seals
  • Lift pump
  • Powder-coated intercooler piping
  • Air conditioning compressor
  • Rebuilt radiator, radiator hoses
  • One-wire alternator, starter, & battery cables
  • Serpentine belt
  • 4″ turbo-back exhaust system
  • Stainless-steel fuel tank straps
  • Fleece Performance fuel sending unit

Fitted at the factory with a five-speed manual transmission, the truck is currently equipped with a G56 six-speed manual transmission, and the 4×4 driveline has a dual-range transfer case as well as manually locking front hubs. Drivetrain fluids were replaced under current ownership, as well.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
