348-Powered 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne 2-Door Sedan 4-Speed at No Reserve

The selling dealer tells us that this 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne two-door sedan was refurbished and modified over the past 20 years. The car is refinished in red over red and is powered by a 348ci V8 topped with three two-barrel carburetors. Equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, 18″ and 20″ Billet Specialties wheels, lowering springs and front spindles, front and rear sway bars, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, a Hurst shifter, a power-adjustable front bench, and aftermarket stereo and air conditioning systems. This Biscayne was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered in Washington at no reserve with an owner’s manual and an Arizona title.

The car is refinished in red, and exterior details include a bright grille, a Vista-Panoramic curved windshield, quad headlights, chrome bumpers, and tail fins.

Billet Specialties 18″ and 20″ wheels are mounted with 235/40 and 255/35 Nitto NT555 tires. Suspension modifications include lowering springs and front spindles as well as front and rear sway bars. Braking is handled by power-assisted front disc brakes, and a Borgeson power steering box was added.

The redone interior is trimmed in red and includes a six-way power-adjustable front bench seat, a rear bench, seat belts, a Hurst shifter, a Custom Autosound stereo, Kenwood audio, and aftermarket air conditioning. Custom side panels are fitted in the trunk.

The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 1,800 miles, approximately 25 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement 348ci V8 is equipped with three two-barrel carburetors and was rebuilt and installed in 2022.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.

Decoding the trim tag reveals the following information:

  • Style: 60-1211 – 1960 Biscayne 2-Door Sedan
  • Body: SL10709: St. Louis, Missouri, assembly plant, sequence number
  • Trim: 833 – Blue cloth and vinyl
  • Paint: 936A – Ermine White

The Arizona title lists the car as a 1960 Chev Unknown.
