This Kosmic Mercury R go-kart was produced by the OTK Kart Group of Prevalle, Italy, and features composite bodywork with red, white, and blue graphics. Power comes from a 125cc Rotax SR Max single with a centrifugal clutch and chain drive. Equipment includes a Nassau panel with a yellow race number plate, a ventilated rear disc brake, a Tillett fiberglass seat, a four-spoke steering wheel, an electric starter, an aluminum radiator, and a rear bumper. This OTK Kosmic was purchased by the seller in 2022 and is now offered at no reserve in Chester, New York, with a spare floor pan and side pods, and a bill of sale.
The red, white, and blue composite bodywork is fitted over a blue-finished chromoly tubular steel frame. Features include a chrome bumper and nerf bars, a black rear bumper, a plastic fuel tank, and a Nassau panel with a yellow number plate. Various scuffs and black marks are present on the bodywork.
Gold-finished 5″ wheels are mounted with 10×4.60-5 front and 11×7.10-5 rear MG racing slicks. Stopping power is provided by a ventilated, cross-drilled single rear disc, activated via dual master cylinders.
The driver is provided with a fiberglass Tillett bucket seat, a four-spoke steering wheel, and twin foot pedals. An electric starter is positioned on the left side.
The water-cooled 125cc Rotax SR Max single is fitted with a black airbox and a Dell’Orto carburetor, and is linked to a centrifugal clutch and chain drive. The aluminum radiator has an adjustable plastic air scoop. The chain guard is cracked.
The manufacturer’s label affixed to the blue frame shows CIK/FIA homologation and serial numbers.
A spare floor pan and side pods are included.
