This 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300TD Turbo was sold new in Arizona, where it remained until being relocated to New Mexico in 2001 and later Colorado in 2003. The car subsequently spent fifteen years in New Jersey before it was moved to Florida in 2018, and it is said to have received a repaint in beige in 2019. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-five linked to a four-speed automatic transmission, and features include a sunroof, Euro-style headlights, 14″ Bundt alloy wheels, Palomino MB-Tex seat upholstery, a stereo, cruise control, and power windows. This W123 300TD Turbo was acquired by the selling dealer in 2025 and is now offered in New Jersey with a window sticker, an owner’s manual, service records, a Carfax report, and a Florida title.
The car left the factory finished in Champagne Metallic and is said to have been repainted in 2019, after which pinstripes were added. Exterior features include a sunroof, fog lights, dual side mirrors, roof rails, a power antenna, and bright trim. The selling dealer notes that replacement Euro-style headlights were installed in preparation for the sale.
Silver-finished 14″ Bundt alloy wheels are mounted with Firestone All Season tires measuring 195/70. The car was factory equipped with a hydropneumatic self-leveling rear suspension. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at each corner.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in Palomino MB-Tex, and interior equipment includes power windows, a stereo, cruise control, and woven floor mats.
Instrumentation consists of a 125-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 138k miles, approximately 300 of which have been added by the selling dealer. The Carfax report notes that Not Actual Mileage titles were issued in 1994 and 2000.
The 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-five was factory rated at 123 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The engine is said to have been refreshed in 2019.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.
The window sticker notes initial delivery to Beaudry Motor Company of Tucson, Arizona, along with factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $36,281.
