4,700-Mile 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10

This 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 was initially delivered to Clusiau Sales & Rental in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and remained part of a collection until the current owner’s purchase in 2015. Showing 4,700 miles, the car is powered by an 8.0-liter V10 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Viper Red over Quartz leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a removable hardtop, a removable soft top, a removable rear window, 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels, zip-up vinyl windows, a premium sound system, and a cassette stereo. This Viper is now offered in Arizona consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and its Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.

The first-generation Viper was designed in-house at Chrysler by Tom Gale and utilizes composite body panels over a tubular steel space-frame chassis. This example is finished in Viper Red (PRN) and features a removable hardtop, soft top, and rear window, as well as fog lights, a forward-opening clamshell hood, and side-exit exhaust outlets. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.

The 17″ tri-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. The RT/10 is equipped with power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and four-wheel vented disc brakes with RT/10-branded calipers up front. 1994 models were not equipped with ABS.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in Quartz leather with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Additional equipment includes zip-up vinyl windows, a premium sound system, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. Auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are mounted atop the center stack. The six-digit odometer shows 4,700 miles, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.

The 8.0-liter OHV V10 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Clusiau Sales & Rental in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, along with factory colors, equipment, and a total retail price of $57,300.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.

The car has never been titled, and it is being offered on its Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin. In the event of a sale to a private party, the selling dealer will assist the buyer in obtaining an Arizona or Oregon title.
